The IDW once again stood out in the international IT management landscape. As part of the ManageEngine Partner Training Portugal, taking place this week (May 11-15), our team was awarded the prestigious trophy for Customer Retention Excellence, for its performance in 2025.

This recognition, presented during the opening session last Monday, highlights IDW's ability to not only implement cutting-edge technological solutions but also build lasting, trusting relationships with its clients.

The Value of Continuity: 2024 and 2025 Highlighted

This distinction gains even more significance when we look at the company's recent history. This is the second consecutive year that IDW has been awarded by ManageEngine.

In 2024, we were already honored with the " Revenue Rockstar " award (for 2023), which highlighted our growth and market impact. You can look back at that moment here.

While the previous award validated our capacity for expansion and market conquest, the trophy for 2025 Retention Excellence validates our service quality. In the tech sector, where turnover is high, maintaining client trust year after year is the greatest indicator of operational success a company can aspire to.
