Recently, we reinforced this organizational culture by gathering our entire leadership structure in Barcelona for the 2026 Kick-Off. This meeting served to continue our practice of cross-functional planning, bringing together the Board with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, HR, and Marketing teams to consolidate the next steps of our journey.
As is tradition at IDW, the strategic plan was dissected in an integrated manner, allowing each department to strengthen its symbiosis within the company’s global ecosystem. On the commercial front, the Sales and Pre-Sales teams delved into expansion goals, maintaining a focus on tailored solution architectures that respond with technical precision to our clients' most demanding business challenges.
The Technical Area, a cornerstone of our value delivery, presented its roadmap for continuous innovation and certification, ensuring that our managed services continue to set the quality standards in the market. Simultaneously—and because our technology is driven by people—the Human Resources leadership detailed the strategy for human capital development and talent retention, ensuring that IDW’s culture remains the solid foundation for our sustainable growth.
Closing this planning cycle, Marketing defined the positioning and communication guidelines that will bring the brand even closer to its partners in 2026. The synergy experienced during these days in Barcelona—where each area shared its plan with the Board and its peers—is the reflection of an organization that does not work in silos, but as a unit focused on results.
