We are looking for a Business Manager to integrate a project in Lisbon, in a face-to-face model.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop business and attract customers: Identify new market opportunities; conduct business meetings and presentations and support in the definition of prospecting strategies;
  • Manage customer portfolio: Monitor active customers, identify needs and guarantee proximity, satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Monitor and manage consultants: Guarantee motivation, performance and evolution in projects; implement retention and turnover reduction strategies ensuring alignment between consultants and clients;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts: Prepare technical and financial proposals; conduct negotiation processes with clients; coordinate with the Recruitment and Talent team to ensure suitability of profiles.

Desired profile:

  • Higher education in Management, HR, Social Sciences or similar areas;
  • Professional experience, more than 3 years, in B2B sales, namely in IT outsourcing services;
  • Passion for commercial prospecting and direct contact with customers;
  • Focus on results, objectives and KPIs;
  • Ability to negotiate and build financial business proposals (clients and candidates) and technical;
  • Organization, planning and dynamism;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for working in a team;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Trello (or similar);
  • Good knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking).
