We are looking for a Business Analyst to integrate a project in Lisbon, in a hybrid model.
Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, customer management, analytics or similar functions in the banking/payments sector
- Power BI domain for dashboard development and reporting
- Microsoft Office Tools Domain
- Experience in project management methodologies (SCRUM, Confluence)
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Experience with SQL (valued)
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem (valorized)
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data management practices (valued)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Knowledge in Spanish (valued)
- Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations
- Strong capacity for critical analysis and interaction with different stakeholders
Tasks:
- Understand the business and customer priorities (financial/banking sector), identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Prepare presentations, share insights and streamline work sessions with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and challenges
- Streamline work sessions with teammates and clients
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data quality
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective adoption of solutions (firewall administration, vulnerability analysis, documentation development, etc.)
