- Professional experience in the commercial area, minimum of 1 year;

- Minimum experience of 2 years in the recruitment and selection of IT profiles, namely in outsourcing services;

- Strong prospecting and customer contact skills;

- Planning, organization and strong results orientation;

- Proactivity, dynamism and good management skills;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Taste, knowledge and motivation for the IT sector

- Good knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking)

 

Main tasks:

- Commercial prospecting and attracting new customers

- Customer portfolio management,

- Management of a team of consultants;

- Development of proposals;

- Selection in the recruitment of new employees;

- Interact closely with the Recruitment team;
