- Equipment skills and experience:
- Cisco - Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Management
- Checkpoint - Firewalls, Management
- Fortinet - Firewalls, Management
- General knowledge of information systems in their different aspects, namely networks, systems and applications
- Fluency in Portuguese - verbal and written
- Fluency in English - verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office from the perspective of the User (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Knowledge of F5 Load Balancing, Juniper Switching and Firewall
- Basic knowledge of project management
