Profile:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP networks, Wi-Fi, MPLS, VRFs, VPNs, switching, routing;

- Experience in multi-site environments;

- Technical expertise in   mobile communications technologies’ area;

- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux systems;

- Good knowledge of scripting languages;

- Ability to monitor, diagnose, and manage technical and Cybersecurity problems;

- Efficiency in interacting with support channels from external entities and manufacturers;

- Ability to work autonomously and multiple tasks;

- Knowledge of English.

 

Tasks:

- IP network administration supported by VPNs and APNs;

- Management, problem diagnosis and monitoring of main and backup circuits of IP networks;

- Diagnosis of problems in Dial-up communications over analog lines and mobile communications;

- Administration, implementation, maintenance, optimization, diagnosis and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, firewalls, IPSs and DNS Firewall of the Ethernet and IP infrastructure networks;

- Documentation and structuring of information relating to the Ethernet and IP network, circuits and

communications;

- Ensure compliance with defined internal SLAs;

- Ensure and enforce internal policies, procedures and good practices.
