Profile:

- At least 2 years experience in Project Management or IT Product Management;

- Experience in administration, management and functional design, implementation, monitoring, diagnosis and troubleshooting of platforms and applications;

- Good documentation skills;

- Proactive, dynamic, versatile and with a spirit of initiative;

- Knowledge of English;

- Ease of working in a team.

 

Tasks:

- Administration, design, implementation, monitoring, diagnosis and problem solving, at application level, in the various applications and platforms;

- Designing needs, conducting transversal requirements surveys, monitoring, suggesting new implementations and application restructuring in the organization;

- Continuously reviewing, designing and suggesting functional and information security changes and monitoring the implementation of changes to applications and platforms;

- Ensuring 2nd line application support for users;

- Ensuring the necessary channels with internal and external entities and manufacturers, within the scope of user support and necessary improvements/changes;

- Supporting the management of application and platform contracts;

- Ensuring compliance with defined internal SLAs;

- Ensuring and enforcing compliance with policies, procedures and best practices.
