- Higher education in Management or similar areas;
- Professional experience in the B2B commercial area, particularly in the IT outsourcing services sector;
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Trello or similar;
- Strong prospecting and customer contact skills;
- High commercial negotiation skills;
- Planning, organisation and strong results orientation;
- Proactivity, dynamism and good management skills;
- High interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of and love for the IT sector;
- Good knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking).
Tasks:
- Commercial prospecting and attracting new clients;
- Client portfolio management;
- Managing a team of consultants;
- Developing proposals;
- Selection in the recruitment of new employees;
- Interacting closely with the Recruitment and Talent team.
