Profile:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Systems Administrator;

- Experience in Windows, AD, SCCM, desktop and monitoring environments;

- Experience with SCCM tools, CA, ITAM among others.

 

Tasks:

- Monitoring existing security committees to define actions and

- prioritisation;

- Analysing the monthly report produced by the security team;

- Analysing the list of vulnerabilities identified as priorities and applying measures to mitigate them;

- Implementing specific configurations resulting from detected vulnerabilities;

- Analysing and correcting the installation of missing security updates;

- Validate end-of-life applications and their available updates or alternatives;

- Recurrently update third-party software (to be defined and respective recurrences), package creation, deployment monitoring and ITAM registration;

- Installing specific security updates not foreseen in the update cycle;

- Validating vulnerabilities relating to application needs and involving the teams responsible for them;

- Validating vulnerabilities relating to licensed software and indicating possible measures or different versions to mitigate them;

- Identify workstations that are not connected to the network for long periods of time;

- Improve existing data in the security report where jobs that no longer exist or have been replaced are mentioned;

- Identify workstations with recurring errors in the installation of updates and correct them or register a request for their replacement.
