Profile:

- Academic or professional training in Information Technology, Management or a similar area;

- 2 years' proven experience in implementing and/or managing ERP systems; 

- Knowledge of SQL;

- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems;

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;

- B1 knowledge of the English language.

 

Tasks:

- Configuring and maintaining ERP systems;

- Managing and optimizing SQL databases, including executing queries;

- Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve ERP-related problems;

- Ability to develop reports and dashboards according to the organization's needs;

- Providing training and technical support to ERP users.
