Profile:

- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another

related field;

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, highly scalable software

solution projects and complex software solutions;

- More than 10 years of experience in software development;

- More than 4 years of experience leading teams and/or architectural decisions at

company level;

- Extensive experience in dealing directly with clients with an active voice in technical and

non-technical discussions;

- Experience in consultancy services is an advantage;

- Extensive experience with agile methodologies;

- Good management and leadership skills;

- Team spirit, initiative and good communication skills;

- Experience in JIRA or other project management tools;

- Knowledge in the insurance sector is an asset;

- Fluency in English is essential and Spanish is an advantag:

 

Tasks:

- Lead and contribute to the development of innovative and scalable software solutions,

ensuring alignment with sector trends;

- Serve as a point of reference for best practices, architectural guidelines, coding

standards, coding standards and innovative approaches to software development,

providing guidance and mentoring to team members;

- Be the “face” of the company in integration projects and conduct commercial

discussions and technical and commercial discussions directly with national and

international business clients;

- Conduct an agile software development process to ensure the delivery of quality

solutions within defined deadlines and budgets;

- Identify blockages, dependencies or other problems, working with and as a team to find

solutions;

- Be an example and help develop the potential (technical and non-technical) of your

team;

- Participate in the recruitment process.
