Profile: 

 

- At least 5 years' demonstrable experience in a similar role;

- CCNA and CCNP-Collaboration certification;

- Experience with network management tools.

 

Tasks: 

- Ensure the performance, recovery and security needs of communications and networks in accordance with agreed service levels; 

- Contribute to the definition of policies, design philosophies and network requirements;

- Investigate, diagnose and resolve network problems; 

- Use network management tools to assess network load and performance;

- Maintaining knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements relating to network security and privacy;

- Implementing and operating centralized network equipment management platforms;

- Ensuring the smooth operation of unified communications platforms.
