• Experience in analysis and troubleshooting;

• Knowledge of ITSM principles and methodologies;

• Technical knowledge of systems and network administration;

• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare) and scripting;

• Knowledge of Active Directory (Azure);

• Knowledge of SCCM and Intune;

• Knowledge of backup tools (Veeam);

 

Tasks: 
 

• Managing Active Directories (Azure AD);

• Creating GPOs

• Creation of SCCM policies for workstation updates;

• Microsoft Exchange administration

• Provisioning workstations and managing updates

• Configuration of Intune solution and respective security policies,

• Creating, installing and restoring backup agents on endpoints;

• Performing backups and defining retention periods;

• Migration of physical machines to virtual environments;

• Creating Datastores and managing them in Cloud environments; 

• Creating virtual machines and provisioning network interfaces.
