Profile:
- Higher Education;
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector and/or experience in the IT world;
- Professional experience in project management using the ITIL framework, equal or
more than 5 years;
- Professional experience in functional areas of telecommunications and/or IT services, equal or
over 5 years (valued);
- Certification in Project Management (preferred).
Tasks:
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and transversal projects
to the area of Business Solutions (SE);
- Report the progress of ongoing projects, identifying risks and conflicts;
- Manage, maintain and share knowledge related to projects and management actions of the
change;
- Project portfolio management and prioritization;
- Definition of methodologies - document and process standards - for managing
project to support the functional areas of the SE.
