Tasks:

- Ensure resolution of level 2 and 3 user incidents on all O365 and OnPrem SharePoint;

- Escalate to vendors like Microsoft, Trend Micro, etc, major incidents;

- Maintain close cooperation relations with other entities and teams of the Infrastructure department;

- Coordinate and test the change management process to configure new SharePoint apps in the M365 tenant (script customizations);

- Provide operational reports based on PowerBI;

- Automate operational tasks with Powershell, PowerAutomate and PowerApps;

- Migrate on-premises SharePoint sites to Office 365

 

 Profile:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;

- Relevant experience in the role (ideally 5-8 years);

- Experience and interest in the administration activity;

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications;

- Solid knowledge of Sharegate; MS Graph and Sharepoint API;

- Excellent knowledge of Collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform);

- Excellent knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages;

- Good knowledge of Zabbix or other monitoring tools;

- Good knowledge of network concepts (firewall, load balancers);

- English level B2 - eliminatory.
