Tasks:
- Troubleshooting, namely in the resolution of incidents and problems in the security infrastructure;
- Response to service requests, namely changes to configurations with a view to introducing improvements, configuration of new services, provisioning of new services,
introduction of new features, software updates, participation in
carrying out tests and preventive actions;
- Version updates of the security infrastructure, either to correct vulnerabilities or to prevent technological obsolescence;
- Management/Monitoring the operational status of the security infrastructure, performance indicators and availability and log analysis;
- Detection and prevention of host and network intrusion;
- Traffic analysis.
Profile:
Knowledge in:
- Host and network firewalls (McAfee, Fortinet and CheckPoint);
- Host intrusion detection and prevention tools and
network (McAfee, Fortinet and CheckPoint);
- Remote accesses via Microsoft Direct Access 2012;
- DUO double authentication system;
- Servers, personal stations and mobile devices (security certification).
