Tasks:

- Database Management System: SQL Server and MySQL;

- Execution of routines and procedures on request;

- Proposal and implementation of improvements;

- Cluster configuration

- Define/Build/Optimize database models and schematics;

- Apply methods and tools to measure and report performance indicators related to data sets (response time, availability, security, integrity, ...);

- Prepare procedures and instructions related to data sets for other technicians or administrators;

- Monitor and maintain database management systems;

- Ensure the integrity and security of database management systems;

- Identify, investigate and correct incidents or problems related to database management systems;

- Provide training, support and advice on issues related to datasets to other “ICT” professionals.

 

 

 Profile:

- Experience in administration of database management systems,

- Installation and administration of SQL Server database management system in versions 2008 to 2017, including clusters

- Installation and administration of opensource database management systems, namely MySQL
