-Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar experience
-Experience with distributed systems (e.g. SOA, microservices, event-driven architecture)
-Capacity to motivate and guide the team, acting as a reference
-Flexible with tools and methodologies – you will have preferences but are generally agnostic when it comes to technology as you believe all comes down to what serves best the team’s objective
-Proficiency with backend development (like Python, Ruby or Javascript) and/or front-end development (Javascript)
-Experience with some of the most common frameworks (Django, NestJS, Rails for the backend; Angular, React, Vue for the front-end)
-Experience with relational databases
-Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
-Capacity to deliver high quality, clean and robust software
-Good written and spoken English
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Relational and leadership skills
-Ability to manage and optimize team tasks and productivity
