Tasks:
 

- Manage users in Office365

- Manage disk spaces in VMware

- Administer and manage backups (Veeam and Backup Exec);

- Manage computer park through WSUS;

- Manage and administer the Symantec SEP antivirus platform;

- Manage users in AD and Exchange;

-Manage Storage 3PAR and StoreOnce;

-Ability to troubleshoot wireless network (Cisco);

- Ability to manage the MailMarshal console (Mailrelay system);

- Create and manage rules at Fortigate;

- HelpDesk (ticketing systems) - user support;

- Manage the printer fleet, which includes the maintenance of the Connect Key (communication between the printers and the - Docushare document management system);

-Installation and maintenance of the machine park (desktops and laptops);

 

Profile:
 

- Minimum professional experience of 3 years

- Strong knowledge in Microsoft systems, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, WSUS

- Experience in managing Storage and Backup solutions, ideally HP and Veeam

- Experience in Cisco Wireless Networks

- Experience in managing Fortinet Firewalls or equivalent

- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support to users

- Experience in installing and maintaining laptops and desktops

- Experience in printer fleet management
