Functional Analyst

Tasks:
- Work closely with different stakeholders to support PO in definition of product requirements and objectives (write stories in Jira).
- Discuss functional aspects of the product with PO, business stakeholders and technical team and define functional requirements.
- Translate business needs to tangible solutions by creating functional specifications.
- Establish a clear and commonly shared description of the required functional behavior.
- Make sure that the functional acceptation criteria are clear.
- Assist team during demos.
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies
- Assist team in functional testing based on the specifications and acceptance criteria
- Deliver useful functional documentation
- Provide functional training
- Identify integration and technical needs with IT
- Support PO in management of roadmap and product backlog - define, detail, prioritize and share
Profile:
- Experience as Functional Analyst - Minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge of upstream business and upstream IT standards (preferably)
- Agile experience – Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices. Product owner certification (PSPO I or CSPO); or Advanced product owner certification (PSPO II or ACSPO) is valued.
- Product development – Experience in developing products from scratch to launch. Deep knowledge of digital trends.
- Networking and communication skills - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to challenge, negotiate and engage different stakeholders and involve the right people in the development process. Ability to create a collaborative atmosphere for people to engage.
- Solution oriented mind-set - Ability to brainstorm with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
- Experience in using collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (oral and written fluency). Oral and written fluency in Spanish (valued)
