Tasks:
- Lead, train and guide the organization in the adoption of Scrum;
- Helping company employees and stakeholders to understand and apply an empirical approach to complex jobs;
- Model support to support the organization's transformation to a new way of working;
- Establish the Scrum framework as defined in the Scrum Guide, helping the team and the organization to understand the theory and practice of Scrum;
- Actively create and maintain culture within the team based on the organization and Agile leadership standards.
Profile:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Agile, namely in the role of scrum master, in the monitoring of software development projects.
- Knowledge of the development cycle of software and technological products, technical knowledge of IT, CICD processes or test automation (preferred factor)
- Experience in using collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).
- Scrum Master certification by the Scrum Alliance or Scrum Org (CSM or PSM I);
- Advanced Scrum Master certification (A-CSM; CSP-SM or PSM II and PSM III) is valued;
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or Similar;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (oral and written fluency) - mandatory
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish (preferred)
