Diferrentiators:
- Professional experience in the area of specialized Recruitment and Selection;
- Professional experience in IT Recruitment;
- Knowledge in LinkedIn, Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Trello or similar;
- Knowledge in the areas of Security & Networks, Datacenter, Development and Management and Quality.
Main tasks:
- Talent sourcing (identification)
- Interview scheduling and reporting
- Talent Screening (validation for hiring opportunities, both external and internal needs)
- Database Management
- Management and placement of ads on web platforms
- Support sales team
