Tasks:
- User management in Windows Server and Active Directory
- User management in Office365
- 1st and 2nd line support
- Problems solution
- Printer fleet management, which includes Connect Key maintenance
- Installation and maintenance of the machine park (desktops and laptops)
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- To learn more about Microsoft, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, WSUS systems
- Experience in managing Storage and Backup solutions, ideally HP and Veeam
- Experience in Cisco Wireless Networks
- Experience in management and Fortinet Firewalls or equivalent
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support to users
- Experience in installing and maintaining ports and desktops
- Experience in printer fleet management
