Tasks:
- Creation of activity reports and documentation (specifications, requisitions, manuals, etc.)
- Monitor projects, deliverables and respective timings
- Plan and develop technological infrastructure projects, encompassing preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of: information systems, servers, computer network resources, communications controllers, data backup structures for computer network security
- Define, manage and implement the planning and control of IT projects
Profile:
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Service availability indicators
- Construction and reading of metrics and KPI's
- Follow the guidelines and instructions of the Nucleus coordinator
- Management certifications, ITIL and ISO valued (PMP, ITIL, ISO 20000)
- Higher education in Management or equivalent highly valued
